Who we are and what we do

Mobaylak lists used phones and tablets from shops and individuals. We only connect buyers and sellers.

We are not a party to any sale: we do not sell, take payments, ship or guarantee any device. The deal, payment and handover are between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

You log in with Google or WhatsApp. You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it.

The phone number on your account must be yours, because buyers contact you on it.

Listing rules

Stolen or blacklisted devices (reported IMEI), or devices locked to someone else’s account, are strictly banned. Such listings are removed, the account may be suspended, and we may cooperate with the authorities.

Photos must be real photos of the device itself, and the price, condition, battery and registration must be correct. Any fault must be disclosed.

One listing per device. Do not post the same device more than once.

Individuals may have a limited number of active listings at a time. Anyone selling more should register as a shop.

We may review or remove any listing, or suspend any account, that breaks these rules.

For buyers

See the device yourself before paying, test it, and check that its IMEI is not blacklisted.

The "verified shop" badge means we visited the shop. It is not a guarantee of the device; any warranty comes from the shop.

Wanted requests

Requests are public without your name or number. Do not put personal details in the note.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you on the site.
